The Uncontacted Tribe of the Brazilian Rainforest

This is the first footage of one of the very few uncontacted tribes left in the world. This footage was taken in order to stop the development of an oil plant(go figure).

Nobody believed that these people even existed until these shots were taken.

In light of this footage, it's nice to know that Conoco-Phillips decided not to drill for oil right where these people live. I guess they decided that killing one of the last uncontacted native tribes of the world isn't good karma.

Earths magnetic north is rapidly speeding up at a rate of shift of about 40 miles per year.

Earths magnetic North pole over the last five hundred years has moved anywhere from 1 to 18 kilometers a year, and typically in a somewhat circular motion. Over the last fifty years it is now moving anywhere from 50 to 70 kilometers a year in one direction. Here's NOAA's data sense 1590. You'll notice that the largest increase of speed has occurred over the last 12 years. This is real, and it's the cause of many of the large earthquakes, erupting volcano's, and strange weather patterns that's happening so frequently. Magnetic North has move far enough to were airports around the globe are having to reconfigure their coordinance.
A quote of the scientist at NASA:

"The pole kept going during the 20th century, north at an average speed of 10 km per year, lately accelerating "to 40 km per year," says Newitt. At this rate it will exit North America and reach Siberia in a few decades."

Unexplained changes are happening in the earth's liquid outer core.

National geographic writes:

"Rapid changes in the churning movement of Earth's liquid outer core are weakening the magnetic field in some regions of the planet's surface, a new study says.

"What is so surprising is that rapid, almost sudden, changes take place in the Earth's magnetic field," said study co-author Nils Olsen, a geophysicist at the Danish National Space Center in Copenhagen.
As the geology and space science website reviles"
                                                                                 -  National geographic

Massive shifts are taking place in the earths magnetic field.

From the same article in National Geographic:

"Fluctuations in the magnetic field have occurred in several far-flung regions of Earth, the researchers found.

In 2003 scientists found pronounced changes in the magnetic field in the Australasian region. In 2004, however, the changes were focused on Southern Africa

The changes "may suggest the possibility of an upcoming reversal of the geomagnetic field," said study co-author Mioara Mandea, a scientist at the German Research Centre for Geosciences in Potsdam."

The earths wobble has stopped completely.

As explained in the geology and space science website earthchangesmedia.com
“The Chandler wobble was first discovered back in 1891 by Seth Carlo Chandler an American astronomer. The effect causes the Earth’s poles to move in an irregular circle of 3 to 15 meters in diameter in an oscillation. The Earth’s Wobble has a 7-year cycle which produces two extremes, a small spiraling wobble circle and a large spiraling wobble circle, about 3.5 years apart.

The Earth was in October 2005 moving into the small spiraling circle (the MIN phase of the wobble), which should have slowly unfolded during 2006 and the first few months of 2007. (Each spiraling circle takes about 14 months). But suddenly at the beginning of November 2005, the track of the location of the spin axis veered at a very sharp right angle to its circling motion.

The track of the spin axis began to slow down and by about January 8, 2006, it ceased nearly all relative motion on the x and y coordinates which are used to define the daily changing location of the spin axis.”

Natural disasters are more common.

Volcanic activity has increased 500 percent since 1975, earthquake activity has increased by 400 percent just since 1973 and natural disasters have increased 410 percent between 1963 and 1993. Hurricane activity has increased 300 percent since 1950. Tornadoes activity has increased 200 percent since 1970.

As far as the weather goes aside from human induced global warming. The electromagnetic field directs how the sun hits earth which creates temperature fluctuations that can direct the weather patterns. The earths electromagnetic field has direct influence on the weather. Don't believe me? See what the experts from Harvard,  The Smithsonian and NASA had to say. Here is their take on the subject.

 Passing the interstellar cloud.
Our solar system is currently passing through a magnetic interstellar cloud that astronomers just discovered a few years ago. Astronomers call this Interstellar Cloud, "Local Fluff" for short. It's still a mystery to what effect if any it will have here on earth, but it's hard to imagine that a super magnetic cloud that's 30 light years wide would have no effect on the sun and planets in our solar system. It may give explanation to why so many changes are currently happening throughout the solar system. Such as the Sun's magnetic field increasing by 230 percent since 1901, the glowing plasma at the leading edge of our Solar System has recently increased to a 1000 percent, Jupiter's magnetic field has more than doubled in the last 50 years, Uranus's magnetic field is changing, Neptune's magnetic field is increasing. These planets are becoming brighter, the magnetic fields are increasing and overall their atmospheric qualities are changing. Earth's moon is growing an atmosphere. Not related to global warming, earth's upper atmosphere has HO gas that's forming that wasn't there before; it simply did not exist in the quantity that it does now.

"It's about 30 light years wide and contains a wispy mixture of hydrogen and helium atoms at a temperature of 6000 C. "Voyager data show that the Fluff is much more strongly magnetized than anyone had previously suspected—between 4 and 5 microgauss*,"
                                                                                                      - NASA

Earth's pole reversal.
Experts agree that a magnetic pole reversal happens anywhere between 50,000 and 800,000 years and the last time it happened was about 780,000 years ago. Now it's not that the earth would physically turn up-side-down, geographically earth would stay about the same, but magnetic north would be south and magnetic south would be north. Most scientist would concur that this process takes anywhere from 1000 to 4000 years, and further studies have shown that it can literally happen in only a few hours. What effect would this have on the earths surface? Reversal of the geomagnetic poles would influence the earths core at many levels, just as the earths core influences the geomagnetic poles. The result would be increased volcanic activity and earthquake activity world wide. Having a spike of volcanic activity would influence the global climate by creating a cooling effect due to the amount of volcanic dust that gets spewed into the atmosphere reflecting the sun. This alone could lead earth into an ice-age. On a side note, Neptune and Uranus just recently had a pole reversal according to the data that came from Voyager 2.

Sun cycle 24

For reasons not fully understood, every 11 years the sun's magnetic poles flip which in turn creates an immense amount of solar activity. When the sun is active it creates solar flares and mass coronal ejections that blast huge amounts of solar partials faster than the speed of light, some might even call them (when big enough) solar tsunamis. The earths magnetic field is what protects us from the harmful rays of the sun. It's also what protects us from being blasted by powerful solar winds that carry radiation. We have already entered sun cycle 24 and it's scheduled to reach solar maximum near the end of 2012. This is when the sun will be the most active and it's predicted by many experts that solar cycle 24's solar maximum could be the the most powerful ever recorded in human history.

 2012

2012, 2012, blah, blah. Everyone should know that 2012 plays a significant role in time. All this stuff is happening now, and many experts agree the worst of it is going to happen sometime near the end of 2012. Prophecy or not, these are the facts. We are going to see some interesting times ahead.

UFOs Video Taped by Government Space Agencies

Are you still a skeptic on the alien UFO phenomenon? If so, how can you explain the videos captured  by government space agencies? You'll notice some similarities between the UFO's in most of the videos below. Round, pulsating, moving at different speeds and the main thing that can't be denied, they're not made by humans, and there are literally thousands of them. All you need is a camera that will capture the right light spectrum, oh and I guess a rocket ship might help too or at lease a really powerful telescope. This first video is from the International Space Station January 21st 2011.

This is one from the space shuttle.

I love this one, the video is from the space shuttle and their trying to find the Russian MIR space station. With all the UFO activity going on they can't figure out what their looking at. Then they show a close up with UFO flying all around it.

This video speaks for itself and it features a friend of mine David Sereda.

See more of the tether indecent here.

Another video from space shuttle Columbia with pulsing UFOs.

And last but not lease, one more from NASA.

There is no denying what's on these official government space agency videos.

Solar Superstorm Predicted for Solar Cycle 24

Not sure if you have noticed lately but the sun has become very active again thanks to solar cycle 24. Every 11 years the sun flips it's poles creating lots of solar activity. What makes this cycle unique is that before the cycle started, the sun had been so quite that it baffled scientist at the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO). It was the longest "flat" spell they've ever witnesses in history.

In between solar cycles, the sun normally has a consistent amount mellow activity. But during solar cycles the sun becomes much more active creating large flares and mass coronal ejections. What was odd about the flat spell is that the sun virtually went silent for almost 3 years. This has led some experts to conclude that solar cycle 24 may be the most active solar cycle in history and  may create a solar superstorm during its peek. This comes with great concern because of what happens to earth when it's bombarded by solar superstorm.

On September 1st through the 2nd in 1859 a solar superstorm hit earth so hard that the aurora borealis could be seen  as far south as the Caribbean. Miners in the rocky mountains thought it was the morning sun because the aurora was so intense. Telegraph machines were literally frying up in Europe and North America. In some cases the telegraph paper would spontaneously combust. Even more amazing, other telegraph machines continued to work without electricity! They were being powered by the geomagnetic charged atmosphere caused by the solar superstorm. Wow, free electricity!

In this day and age so many people depend on electricity for their everyday lives. Unless you're Amish, or living in a third world that has no electricity, life would become utter chaos if it were to fail. Imagine all communications seizing up including the internet, on-board computers that guide airplanes and sea vessels would fail along with power grids world wide. Can you even imagine what our world would be like if the entire planet were to simultaneously loose electricity? Experts say it could take months to have power grids back up and running, not to mention the estimated ten thousand satellites in orbit  would either fall to earth or stay in orbit, worthless.

Think this is all a pipe dream? Think again, because experts say it's very real scenario. This is why the  Space Weather Enterprise Forum was held June 8th 2010 at the national press club in Washington DC. Here is a list of who was suggested to attend:
  • Users, operators, and developers of spacecraft, satellite communications, and high frequency radio and radar communications systems.
  • Users, operators, and developers of global positioning systems and applications.
  • Users, operators, and developers of the electric power generation system and distribution grid.
  • Aircrews, operators, and aircraft design engineers for high-altitude and trans-polar aviation.
  • Human spaceflight managers, astronauts, planners, and engineers including suborbital space tourism activities.
  • Academic, private sector, and government space weather researchers.
  • Commercial space weather data and service providers.
  • Government space weather data and service providers.
  • Policymakers and analysts in the areas of space, energy, aviation, communications, and national security.
Starting to see a clearer picture now? Scientist say a solar superstorm would be like hurricane Katrina X 20 or even worse. Here's the kicker, a solar superstorm is predicted to happen during the peek of the current solar cycle around end of 2012 or in early 2013, right around December 21st 2012. End of the world? No, but it would be a massive transformation fulfilling the prophecies of 2012. Scientist of-course say it's just a coincidence. Maybe so maybe not. That will always remain a mystery. What I find interesting is that the Mayan worshiped the sun as a god named Ah Kinchil, and were  able to predict solar cycles which is what their calender was partially based on. Time will only tell.

I was inspired to write this post today being March 10, 2011 because of the report from the sun monitor located on the right side of my site. Today the sun had an X Class Flare (the largest class of flare) and it's the 2nd time it has happened in the last 30 days. People living at 40 degrees north latitude may be seeing aurora borealis this evening. I will make sure to go outside, away from city lights and look north.
We have simply entered the beginning of solar cycle 24. There has been more sun activity in the last two months then there's been in the last two years. You may want to start preparing for you and your family. Here's a link on how to survive without electricity for a month. Better safe than sorry.

So Much Mystery, So Little We Understand

There is so much mystery on our planet that we still don't understand, and for some reason only a small population seem to really care. I mean why should we care? What will the mysteries of the earth tell us? Have aliens influenced who and what we are? If we understand the great mysteries of the earth will it help us understand our purpose in the universe? Will it teach us how to live as a positive influence on earth and throughout the solar system? Will it give us the knowledge of personal destiny? There are so many unanswered questions that we as a species have. Scholars hate to admit what they don't know and the fact is, they know very little about history and how we became who we are today as modern humans.

Everyday new discoveries are being made that completely disrupt conventional history and every time this happens it's swept under the rug for the sake of humanity in order for us to feel like we actually have a grasp of who we are as a species and the history of how we came to be. To me this is a contradiction, if we're to figure out the mysteries of our planet and throughout our solar system won’t that give us a better understanding to our meaning? The problem is that the majority of people in power around the world are more concerned about money then mystery

99% of everything on earth today revolves around money and oil. No longer are decisions made for humanity, but for profit. It's no longer is it survival of the fittest, but it's survival of the richest, and the way were headed today that statement will only play out to be more true as time goes on unless there is change. We must not only change within ourselves and how we perceive our interpretation of life, but we must come together as a species and make decisions from a humanitarian perspective rather than self-centered for profit perspective. I understand this sounds very Utopian, but you see, that's the problem. This train of thought should be the norm, not the other way around. Why do you think our world is in such chaos? In this year of 2011, in less than 60 days we have seen massive uprisings across the world. Egypt, Libya, Yemen, Jordan, Tunisia, Bangkok, Berlin and this I believe is just the beginning.

The days of transformation into the new age have already begun even if you believe it or not. 2012 will be the greatest year of transformation since the great flood. No I'm not getting biblical on you, throughout the world there are over 500 flood legends. Ancient civilizations such as China, Babylonia, Wales, Russia, India, America, Hawaii, Scandinavia, Sumatra, Peru, and Polynesia all have their own versions of a giant flood. The earliest recorded account comes from the "Epic of Gilgamesh" that was written on the Sumerian clay tablets found in modern day Iraq that date back to 4000BC. This is also the origin of the biblical great flood. Either way you look at it, from all the writings in ancient scriptures and all the evidence of huge land masses that are now under water, to the best of our knowledge it did happen. And now a massive change is about to happen again and not necessarily in the form of a flood. From every corner of the world, it has been known that the year 2012 has great significance. Will the world end? Probably not, but there most likely will be a massive transformation in society and as I said, it's already begun.

This brings me to the uncovering the great mysteries on the earth. We have the pyramids of Egypt, Stonehenge, the Mayan pyramids, the Nazca Lines of Peru, these are the ones we know, but these are just the tip of the iceberg to what’s really on our planet. Monuments and artifacts are being found all throughout the planet and hundreds of them can't be explained. Yes there are explanations, but are they correct? You have to remember that if something is older than 6000 years old, it's only a scholar’s best guess because nothing was written down before then. You've heard of the telephone game right? Well imagine the telephone game were the original origin of what was spoken started 10,000 thousand years ago, how accurate do think it would be today? I don't care how much something has been studied you're still not going to really know anything about that time, it's simply speculation. It seems to me that by the amount of times history has been rewritten, I see no reason why that will not continue.

Here are some artifacts that completely go against conventional history.

The Salzburg Cube:

The Salzburg Cube was found in a piece of coal at a coal mine in Austria in 1885. It's made of cast iron and was believed to be cast using the cire perdue (lost wax) technique. The coal deposit where it was embedded is dated to be approximately 60 million years old. Analysis of the cube found no traces of cobalt, nickel, or chromium which suggest that it is not a meteorite. They date the cast iron cube to be approximately 20 million years old and there is still no explanation to who made it and how it got there.

The Brass and Iron Bell of West Virginia:

This bell was discovered in 1944 by a ten year old boy who dropped a piece of coal in his basement and when it broke this is what he found. The piece of coal was mined from a mine in Upshur County West Virginia and has been dated to be approximately 300 million years old. Analysis showed it to be made of an unusual mix of metals not related to any known modern alloy production. No one so far has been able to disprove the authenticity of this artifact.

The Antikythera Mechanism:

This artifact was found in 1900 and was recovered from a ship wreck off Point Glyphadia on the Greek island Antikythera. Experts say it was manufactured around 125 BC. It has 30 found gears and it was estimated to actually contain 75 having the sophistication that's comparable to a 19th century Swiss clock. The earliest artifacts with similar sophistication and craftsmanship date to 14 century hundreds of years later. It's unexplained to where the engineering knowledge came from.

What is it about these ancient artifacts that play into our modern day lives? It proves how much we really don't know about our history here on earth. With the abundance of new discoveries being made it's only a matter of time before we start to piece together the actuality of how we came to be and what are purposes is here on earth. I feel that most of the population of earth feels we humans have a higher purpose to our lives then consuming and exploiting earth’s resources. I also feel the population of earth is starting to acknowledge common global beliefs such as the UFO and Alien phenomenon. And many are starting to draw the conclusion that these aliens have a direct relation to the biggest questions regarding the origin of the human species. Theologians recognize that all belief including all religions share a commonality which is that fact the origin of the modern human species are direct descents to off planet beings. Any way you slice it or dice it, if it's not of this earth, by definition its extraterrestrial, making us extraterrestrial to earth. The human body maybe terrestrial, but the energy that is consciousness seems to be from somewhere off planet, for me that makes since.
I'm reminded of the movie Avatar where I find that the planet Pandora is simply a metaphor for the cosmos, how the same amount of energy has always been there but only borrowed to create life, and when that physical life dies the energy is returned back to the planet. I feel the same plays true with life on earth; the energy that gives us life is the same energy that has been here since forever. Energy can be neither created nor destroyed. It can only change forms which of course is the first law of thermodynamics. Just as water can retain information so can energy, and if that is true, then I propose consciousness can be retained in energy as well thus making our memories eternal. Welcome to the transformation into the new age.

Economize the Economy or Destroy the Planet along with Humanity

First off, let's talk about the word "economy" and its definition.  I imagine that most people in the modern world when they hear or see the word economy they instantly think that a good economy is a growing economy. Meaning that in a particular geographic region which is producing something from their resources is being consumed more then was consumed from the day before, in turn creating growth in that economy.  In the news when you hear the word economy it's typically a report of how the stock markets are doing in reflection of the consumption of goods sold by large corporations. So in the equation of economy in reference to the stock market, the more we as a society consume, the better off the economy is, hence "a growing economy".

Something I found quite interesting, when I Googled the definition of "economy" no two definitions were alike. Here are some examples:

1. Activities related to the production and distribution of goods and services in a particular geographic region.

2. The correct and effective use of available resources.
                                                                          - investorwords.com

1.
  a. Careful, thrifty management of resources, such as money, materials, or labor.
  b. An example or result of such management; a saving.
2.
  a. The system or range of economic activity in a country, region, or community.
  b. A specific type of economic system.

3. An orderly, functional arrangement of parts; an organized system.

4. Efficient, sparing, or conservative use.

5. The least expensive class of accommodations, especially on an airplane.

6. Theology: The method of God's government of and activity within the world.
                                                                            -The Free Dictionary

1. Thrifty management; frugality in the expenditure or consumption of money, materials, etc.

2. An act or means of thrifty saving; a saving: He achieved a small economy by walking to work instead of taking a bus.

3. The management of the resources of a community, country, etc., especially with a view to its productivity.

4. The prosperity or earnings of a place: Further inflation would endanger the national economy seriously.

5.The disposition or regulation of the parts or functions of any organic whole; an organized system or method.

6. The efficient, sparing, or concise use of something: an economy of effort; an economy of movement.

7. Theology .
  a. The divine plan for humanity, from creation through redemption to final beatitude.
  b. The method of divine administration, as at a particular time or for a particular race.
                                                                         -dictionary.reference.com

OK, so as you can see there are similar definitions, but know two are exactly alike leaving room for interpretation.

Now let's take a look at the word "economize".

1. To practice economy, as by avoiding waste or reducing expenditures.

2. To make economical use of something.
                                                                         -The Free Dictionary

1. To practice economy; avoid waste or extravagance.

2. To manage economically; use sparingly or frugally.
                                                                       -dictionary.reference.com

1. To practice being economical

2. Using things sparingly or in moderation

3. To be frugal

4. Avoiding waste or extravagance
                                                                        -wiktionary

For the most part these definitions are pretty much the same.  "To practice economy means to avoid waste or extravagance."  So living on a world where finite resources are limited, wouldn't you think that the governments of our world would want to economize the economy making sure resources will continue to be available for generations to come, especially at a time in history where climate change is evident due to the over consumption.  You would think so, but the model of a Wall Street economy does not allow it because to economize, would mean less consumption from the consumer, lowering the numbers on Wall Street effecting the "economy". Now you know why the latest, greatest phone comes out every other month.

"OMG, have you seen the new iphone 10 with the new 9G up-grade? It's so cool and sales start tomorrow at 3am. The line is going to be huge so get there early."

Some people are so conditioned by advertising that their willing to wait in line through all hours of the night to buy that new phone, even if their current one works perfectly.  People find these items to be important to own, because it will somehow improve their lives.  But if you stop, take a step back and look at the reality.  Does it really improve one's well-being?  Sure it's cool to own, and in many cases switching to a smart-phone (one that connects to the internet) can be extremely useful.  But it's gone way beyond that.  Even know that the average cell-phone user holds on to their phone for up to twenty months, it's now been determined that the majority of people who own cell-phones own two.  In America the average age that someone receives their first cell-phone is at the age of 12, and the average life span of Americans is 78. Most Americans throughout their lifetime will own approximately 66 cell-phones.

Cell-phones and cell-phone chargers contain toxic material such as lead, mercury and cadmium, which can end up in public drinking water and food sources. Cell phones also contain gold, silver, platinum, and copper which will be exhausted in a few years, based on the current rate of extraction. According to the CTIA Wireless Association there are currently 205 million cell-phones users in the US not including the millions of undocumented workers who use cell-phones as well. It's estimated there are currently over a billion unused cell-phones in the US with an additional 100 million added to that number every year.  WOW, that's a lot of cell-phones! How many cell-phone repair shops do you know of?  Wait, there aren't any because sales would go down, effecting the stock holders, effecting Wall Street, and effecting the "economy".

You hear this all the time, "sales were down this month, having investors worried about the economy".  We are conditioned to think that in order to have a good economy or thriving economy we must as a society consume, consume, consume.

"Well, the economy is looking really good today, consumers are out shopping and making bigger purchases, Wall Street is up and if the trend stays how it's going, our economy will the best it's ever been."

From an investor's point of view, sales must consistently grow, meaning that it's important to sell more goods then the day before. From this equation, how long will it be before we run out of resources? If a company is to consistently sell more goods than it did the day before, science and common knowledge tells us that eventually the resources to make that good will run out. But investors don't care about long term consequences, because if companies were to actually make products or goods that lasted for years or could be repaired, sales would Plataea or go down and the "economy" would be in a state of crisis.  Or at least that's what they would like you to think, when in reality the only people having a crisis are the wealthy investors who thrive off greed. This train of thought makes me want to puke. It's wool over the eyes people.

We are living in a world where it's been scientifically proven than clement change due to global warming is real. Even Barack Obama during his campaign pledged to spend $150 billion dollars over the next decade on clean energy.  While this is without a doubt a positive sign for the future, it's still a long way off to having a sustainable future. It is imposable to have a growing Wall Street economy while working towards a sustainable future. As long as 80% of the world's wealth stays in the hands of the elite who make up 1% of the population, things will never change.  The more resources become scarce, the more they'll be worth, and it's these elite who will be in control of whatever is left. Oh shit wait,.. they already are.

Think about how many products we buy as consumers that come from china for example, like a simple pair of sunglasses. How much oil is in the plastic of the frames and lenses? How much oil was used by the machines to make the plastic frames and lenses? How much coal was burned to run those machines? How much oil was burned from the truck that transported the glasses to the harbor? What about the oil burned from the huge cranes that move the shipping container onto the ship? The oil burned from the cargo ship crossing the Pacific Ocean, then the oil used from the other crane at the harbor in California, onto an oil burning truck that moves them to a distribution warehouse where oil driven fork lift takes them off the truck and stores them until there ready to be transported again.  Then another oil burning forklift takes them back onto another oil burning truck and  in many cases on to a oil burning plane, then on to one more oil burning truck to its destination to be sold for 5$-$10 each. Try to think about that the next time you hear an increase of Wall-mart stock.

Sustainability and a growing Wall Street economy will ever work because they contradict each other.  How can you have something grow forever and ever and be sustainable at such a rate? You can't, because nothing lasts forever, and at the rate were going it's only a matter of years, where in our lifetime we will see resources run out, and come to a tipping point.  Well,... what happens then? The math is simple, the rich will live and the poor will die because the more a resource becomes scares, more valuable it becomes.

Do you drink bottled water? You may not, after you realize that bottled water alone is slowly killing our planet.  Worldwide people approximately drink 40.6 billion gallons (154 billion liters) of bottled water every year. Why do companies bottle water?  Pure as the water profit! Their selling water from fossil aquafers which is a non-renewable resource and sell it in cheap plastic!  That bottle of Arrow Head spring water cost about 3 cents to produce and they sell it to you for whopping $1.50!  You do the math. I also find it funny that they consistently use the word "spring" as if the water is coming from a natural mountain spring.  Well it's not.  Many companies who bottle water (like Poland Spring), get their water from drilling hundreds of feet down and tapping into fossil water, which just like oil has been there for thousands of years, is non- renewable and once it's gone, it's gone forever.  This by itself aside from all the plastic is having a major impact on the environment, creating drought on a global scale.  But do you think that Nestle who owns Arrowhead, Calistoga, Deer Park, Ice Mountain, Ozarka, Poland Spring, Zephyrhills, Perrier, S. Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, Contrex and Nestlé Pure Life give two shits about their environmental impact?  They do their best to make you think they care by making smaller plastic caps, and putting less plastic in their bottles with a little note saying "This bottle is green", as if you're doing the environment a favor by buying their product. But do they really care?  No, because if they did, it would decrease profits, lowering their stock which would have a negative impact on Wall Street effecting our, as they say "economy". Environmental scientist at the Pacific Institute for Studies in Development fears that by the year 2025, as many as one-third of the worlds projected 8.3 billion people will suffer from water shortages. If there is limited water, then food becomes limited which turns into a price increase of basic resources. People with money will live and the others will die.  It's that simple.  Bottled water alone is a huge contributor for the water shortage our world is experiencing today and is playing a huge role in our demise.  Get a good water bottle, filter and drink from the tap.

OK, so now that we have a very small prescriptive on how a growing Wall Street economy will never create sustainable future for our planet, what can we do to help combat our demise through consumption.  Well as easy as it sounds, recycle (everything you can), compost, buy local and consume less,.... much less.  The hardest problem people have is deprogramming themselves from all of the propaganda were bombarded with from advertising.  Many people go shopping for no reason except to make themselves feel better.  Hey, I'm just a guilty as the next person.   I love to go out and buy stuff I don't really need. But for me personally, I now notice what it is I'm actually doing and have committed to change.  I think about the item I have in my hand, look where it's made and what it's made from, I then can make a conscious decision whether I'm going to buy that product or not. I find myself asking "do I really need this?"  Most of the time these days my answer is no, and I find myself consuming much much less.

My household of three takes out the trash once a month, and our recycling twice a month.  We recycle twice to three times as much as we through away in the land fill.  Even know that's still not enough, it's a start.  We use earth friendly products such as household cleaners and washing detergent, made by companies that don't exploit the earth and humanity.  They may cost a little more, but what price can you put on the future of humanity.  If you have kids, think about the standards they're learning from you? It's the first conscious effort and decision you make that leads to the next, and the next and the next.  If we as individuals don't start making conscious decisions on what it is that we really need, what it's made out of and where it comes from, then the elite will win. But is it a matter of winning or losing? Yes, it is.  The winners will have control of few resources left on the planet, while everyone else will be like starving mice, scurrying the ground waiting for the scraps to fall from the table, dying of disease and famine.

It's not too late, but that's only if the word spreads fast enough to counteract the reaction that's already taking place.  Help me in the fight of taking our planet back and the keeping the power away from the elite.  We need to economize the economy by taking away the power from the large corporations and stop consuming the way we have been.  The less you consume the more power you take away from the corporation.  To create change we together must let everyone we know what can be done to reverse this vicious cycle before it's too late.  Recycle everything possible, know exactly what it is you're buying and where it's from, and for Christ sake, don't drink bottled water!  Remember that it's consumption that's feeding the fire which the elite define as "economy", it's your dollar and mine, don't make the mistake by giving it to the huge corporations.  Obviously that's not an easy task, but do what you can and go from there.  There is a beacon of hope, but we MUST acknowledge it, and do whatever we can to make a difference.  Help your neighbors, your family, your friends and your co-workers pull their heads out of the sand by spreading the word .  These are the real people in our lives, not CEOs and elitist, so why give money to them.  We can reverse the way things are, but we all must be aware and do our part.  Join a community garden, buy local foods and other things you need, recycle everything, don't shop to feel better, everything counts, it's not just for your self but more the majority.

If you haven't seen "HOME", watch it.  It's a real eye opener!

Wikileaks leaked video of Civilians killed in Baghdad. Unbelievable!

If you haven't seen this video already then here it is.  Wikileaks obtained and decrypted this previously unreleased video footage from a US Apache helicopter in 2007. It shows people who were assumed to be insurgents but turned out to be Reuters journalist Namir Noor-Eldeen 22 (whose camera was mistaken for a weapon), driver Saeed Chmagh 40, and several others, shot and killed in a public square in Eastern Baghdad. After the initial shooting, an unarmed group of adults and children in a minivan arrives on the scene in an attempt to transport the wounded. They are fired upon as well, over and over until no one is moving. The official statement of the military did not reveal how the Reuters staff were killed, and stated that they did not know how the children were injured.   Near the end of the video, they spot a guy with an AK-47 that goes into a building,  then asked permission to put a missile in that building.  Two seconds before they shoot the first missile, you'll see an innocent pedestrian walking on the sidewalk in front of the building clearly in view.  They still decided to shoot without making another pass, killing the pedestrian as you hear the solider say "Nice shot".

Wikileaks released this video with transcripts and a package of supporting documents on April 5th 2010 at http://collateralmurder.com

Most importantly, listen to the soldiers comment as if they were playing a video game, hooting and hollering with every kill.  It's as if they have no respect for human life.  I understand that soldiers got to have a different mindset when engaging in battle in order to get the job done.  But the comments you'll hear in this video go beyond what you could imagine.  Unreal!

Now you know who videoed missions in Iraq are classified.

For a little back ground, Namir was a well-known and talented photographer that was recruited by the US based Reuters news agency for his knowledge of the area and being in a position of trust with so-called insurgents.  He also had the reputation for being quick onto the scene, creating irritation for the occupying forces. Saeed had been employed as his driver and fixer.

After demands by Reuters, the incident was investigated and the U.S. military concluded that the actions of the soldiers were in accordance with the law of armed conflict and its own "Rules of Engagement".  Local Iraqi police reported the deaths as a result of a "random American bombardment" while the US Army said they had died during a gunfight with insurgents. There was confusion among local witnesses because nobody had seen any insurgents in the area on that day and few people had any idea to what was going on.

Reuters demanded access to the Apache helicopter gunships video; Namir's camera's and copies of the written testimony of all who were present. When examining the camera the digital card was still inside.  The pictures showed no sign insurgents, no battle activity, no dead or wounded and no panic anywhere.

"Both Namir and Saeed were among three journalists killed that week, a third, unnamed man working as a translator had been killed in the same week bringing the total deaths of Reuters employees to five since the invasion in 2003. Two other Reuters men, a Palestinian and a Ukrainian had also been killed by US Troops. In every case, US military spokesmen had insisted that they had acted lawfully."  source

About 15 people were murdered by the US military, among them were two children and two journalists who all were considered collateral damage. What really should be making you think is the fact that this is only one morning in Iraq and just one of thousands of classified videos.  Is this really the everyday experience over there?

Terrorism -
"The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons."   thefreedictionary.com

So I ask who the terrorists really are? The Iraqi people are getting their neighborhoods blown to pieces and innocent people are being killed daily, including children, all in the name of "Democracy and the Fight Against Terrorism".

Isn't it acts like this that's destroying humanity?  Can you now understand the hatred towards America?

This next video is Soldier Ethan McCord and his eyewitness story about the video above and his experiences as a solider in Iraq.  "This type of thing happens every day".  Listen and learn to what's really going on over there.

I leave you with a few snapshots from the leaked video.

I feel so much sorrow for the innocent people in the Middle East who are effected by this war.  The rules of engagement seem to have been thrown out the window.  Try to imagine if this was your neighborhood, and it was your friends and family considered as collateral damage.  What would you think of the people and their government after your child or parent was killed because of an itchy trigger finger.  I have no idea what it's like to live in that world, and I'm thankful for that, you should be too. Attain you mind.
