Chemtrails or Contrails? The Debate Goes On

In 1974 the patent number 3899144 was given to "Powder contrail generation"

The abstract is as follows:

"Light scattering pigment powder particles, surface treated to minimize in particle cohesive forces, are dispensed from a jet mill deagglomerator as separate single particles to produce a powder contrail having maximum visibility or radiation scattering ability for a given weight material."

The United States of America as represented by the Secretary of the Navy in Washington, DC own the rights to this patent.

Not to surprised.

I assume their talking about jet fuel?

Why would the government want to make contrails more visible then they already were?

Contrails: (short for "condensation trails") or vapour trails are basically artificial clouds that are the visible trails of condensed water vapour made by the exhaust of aircraft engines.

The Patent states "to produce a powder contrail" wouldn't it not be a CONtrail any more according to that definition?

Condensation does not make a powder, so how can they call it a "powder contrail??? That's an oxymoron!!

If it's a power, it's no longer condensation!!!

Hence the CHEMtrail!

Control of the Weather, Air Traffic and all Comunications.

The statement that their is such a thing as global control is very real, it's really the extent the government is going to is the big question.  It all started with Nicola Tesla and his mind for radical inventions that were able to control electricity in many different forms.  This is a man who's mind far surpassed Thomas Edison, Benjamin Franklin, and other great inventors.  Many people consider him to have had the greatest mind that's ever entered the field of science. He was actually the one who invented AC current that has aloud the world to have power in the most remote places,  in fact,  it's most likely AC current that your using right now to power your computer.  That fact that Nicola had such an incredible mind for inventions, many people studied his work and still due today.  A modern invention that's in the works today for wireless electricity is all based off of Nicola Tesla's work.

         Another fascination that Tesla had was to be able to control the atmosphere.  Control what's in the atmosphere and you could control the world.  It sounds crazy to someone like you or me, but for someone like Tesla this was not to far from reality.  Unfortunately Tesla did not live long enough to see his atmospheric controlling device in action.  The man to pick up where Tesla left off was Bernard Eastlund, the inventor of the HAARP or "High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program" which is a large phased array electromagnetic wave generator located in Alaska.  This powerful transmitter is designed to beam more than a gigawatt of energy into the upper reaches of the atmosphere in order to heat up the ionosphere.  Basically they blast the ionosphere with high frequency radio waves and irradiate the already charged particles.  It's these same particles that when energized make up the the phenomenon known as the Northern Lights.  Why would they do such a thing?  Well, as stated by the U.S. Navy and Air Force it's " To observe the complex natural variations of Alaska's ionosphere." and of-course to develop new forms of communications and surveillance technologies that will enable the military to send transmissions and communicate to any part of the world from the highest peaks to the deepest oceans.  The one part that they will not admit is that it's being used for missile defense, weather control and mind control.

Now if your able to control this signal and heat up the ionosphere wherever you would like then  theoretically  you would be able to control the temperature of the atmosphere in that specific area.  If you could control the temperature of the atmosphere then sir, you could control the weather.  So now the real question becomes how their able to have such specific controlling capabilities over such a vast area.  Well for one, the fact that it's in Alaska  put's it up near the north pole.  This is where the magnetic field lines intersect with earth at a desirable altitude for the HAARP, along with the vast reserves of natural gas that fuel the project.  They are able to have this precession, thanks to the transmitting partials being blasted into the atmosphere by airplanes.

Yes airplanes have been blasting chemicals consisting of particles that can be manipulated by the HAARP, otherwise known as chem-trails.  They can be seen all over the world and one thing I find very interesting is the fact that many areas where chem-trials are the highest concentrated is where weather seems to be the most active with new types of weather.  Just over the last few years have new weather patters accrued to where the weatherman has no name for.  Their right now as we speak trying to identify and name a new type of cloud that forms to which the likes no one has seen before.  Of-course people say there is no real proof  to back this up, except for the fact that's it's been scientifically proven that the trails you see in the sky everyday  being left by airplanes have been proven to heat up atmosphere, just like the HAARP. 

"According to the patent, Eastlund's invention would heat plumes of charged particles in the ionosphere, making it possible to, for starters, selectively "disrupt microwave transmissions of satellites" and "cause interference with or even total disruption of communications over a large portion of the earth." But like his hopped up ions, Eastlund was just warming up.
     

Per the patent text, the physicist's "method and apparatus for altering a region in the earth's atmosphere" would also: "cause confusion of or interference with or even complete disruption of guidance systems employed by even the most sophisticated of airplanes and missiles"; "not only... interfere with third-party communications, but [also] take advantage of one or more such beams to carry out a communications network at the same time. Put another way, what is used to disrupt another's communications can be employed by one knowledgeable of this invention as a communications network at the same time"; "pick up communication signals of others for intelligence purposes"; facilitate "missile or aircraft destruction, deflection, or confusion" by lifting large regions of the atmosphere "to an unexpectedly high altitude so that missiles encounter unexpected and unplanned drag forces with resultant destruction or deflection of same." If Eastlund's brainchild sounds like a recipe for that onetime Cold War panacea, the Strategic Defense Initiative (AKA "Star Wars"), it's probably no coincidence.

       The APTI/Eastlund patent was filed during the final days of the Reagan administration, when plans for high-tech missile defense systems were still all the rage. But Eastlund's blue-sky vision went far beyond the usual Star Wars prescriptions of the day and suggested even more unusual uses for his patented ionospheric heater. "Weather modification," the patent states, "is possible by... altering upper atmospheric wind patterns or altering solar absorption patterns by constructing one or more plumes of particles which will act as a lens or focusing device." As a result, an artificially heated could focus a "vast amount of sunlight on selected portions of the earth." HAARP officials deny any link to Eastlund's patents or plans. But several key details suggest otherwise. For starters, APTI, holder of the Eastlund patents, continues to manage the HAARP project."

This basically` states that the HAARP could have complete control of the weather and atmospheric temperatures, all air traffic control  such as missiles, airplanes, satellites, anything in the air really.   That also means control of all communications and which in turn leads to the control of electricity and power.  The HAARP could also very well have an effect on the broadcasts that you watch on an everyday basis taping into the subconscious mind.  It doesn't take a very strong frequency to interact with the human mind, much less a mind zoned out to the television.  Think about the fact that you burn more calories sleeping than you do when your watching TV, what a perfect opportunity to tap in.

  This is strait out of  Dr Evil's wet dream, this thing can theoretically control the world and everyone on it all in the name of scientific research.  I think it's funny that the U.S. Navy and Air Force want "To observe the complex natural variations of Alaska's ionosphere."  Sense of-course they are true environmentalist.  Yea right!  The military is not capable of doing strictly science, the only science that the military would be interested in is science that is used for military applications which are defensive purposes. Think about it.

The HAARP is a very real invention and is already being out into use around the world.  Some people would contribute the crazy weather patterns to global warming or just natural cycles of the earth.  I on the other hand believe there to be government manipulation involved.  Do the research for yourself  in order seek out the truth so you can attain your attainable mind.

Not contrails but CHEMtrails.

This debate over the spraying of chemicals over major populated areas has been going on for quite some time. The main reason I decided to write about this today is because I could not help but to look up and see chemtrails covering the sky. It's interesting how some days there are none, and other days the sky is covered. I realize the temperature, humidity and wind speed play a factor but some days I'll see multiple planes at about the same altitude that look about the same size, flying at the same time and one leaves a long trail that goes all the way across the sky and the other as a normal length trail maybe only 50 meters at the longest.
Some facts about CONtrails; CONtrails are made up of particles of crystallized water vapor, also known as ice that condense around the aircraft's exhaust. Depending on the atmospheric conditions as well as the strength of the winds will depend on how long a contrail will stay in the sky. Now if the contrail is formed where the atmosphere is dry, it may dissipate rapidly. If the atmosphere is near saturation, it can stay up there for a hours. They will also sometimes blend in with other clouds.
It would seem all planes give off some sort of trail. These don't.

This by itself has given great concern to climatologists due to the fact that cloud cover in highly traveled areas (like the United States) has increased by approximately 20%. I wonder if this effects the weather just by it's self? Gee,... you think! Now this is where it starts to get heavy. Ever heard of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program known as HAARP. This is an investigation project to "understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems" So hold on here, simulate and control ionospheric processes!

Wikipedia: The ionosphere is the uppermost part of the atmosphere, distinguished because it is ionized by solar radiation. It plays an important part in atmospheric electricity and forms the inner edge of the magnetosphere. It has practical importance because, among other functions, it influences radio propagation to distant places on the Earth. It is located in the Thermosphere.

The fact that the ionosphere here plays an important part in atmospheric electricity and forms the inner edge of the magnetosphere on top of influencing radio propagation. If you had full control of this you could therefor theoretically influence people's minds. How you ask? Our brains receive and emit frequencies all the time. The fact that the HAARP is able to emit particular frequencies on a global scale through the ionosphere and reacts with the atmospheric electricity. What is important here, is to realize that atmospheric electricity is all around us all the time. It works as a global atmospheric electrical circuit. Imagine having control of this global atmospheric electrical circuit, control of the electricity that is in the air surrounding us all the time. Just like radio waves, electricity emits frequencies, and what do our brains do? Receive and emit frequencies all the time.

This may seem all fine and dandy but another part of the HAARP project is also to produce ionospheric heating. If you look it up, you'll find that there are five of these ionospheric heating facilities world wide, and the United States owns three of them.

Check out this research paper put out by USAF "Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025", The purpose of this paper was to "outline a strategy for the use of a future weather-modification systems to achieve military objectives rather than to provide a detailed technical road map." They are heating our atmosphere, and say I our because it is ours. The governments of our world have a bigger plan that most likely doesn't include the best interests of you and me. What that plan is, is the big question.

So we have these ionosphere heating facilities all over the world heating things up while airplanes are spraying chemicals into the sky. What are these chemicals? That's the other big question. I think that different chemicals are being sprayed and for different reasons.

One is to depopulate the earth directly. What makes me believe this is the fact that there are traces of Ethylene Dibromide in Jet Fuel. Ethylene Dibromide is a known human chemical carcinogen that was removed from unleaded gasoline because of its cancer-causing effects. It has a sweet mild odor and very hard to detect. It's absorbed through the skin and the lungs. Ethylene Dibromide has been linked to heart, liver, kidney, stomach, respiratory system and nervous system damage. It's also a immune suppressive and a lung irritant. By the way, it's found in public drinking water.

Two, is to support the ionosphere heating process by spraying super charged partials in the air in order the amplify the HAARP projects progress of controlling the weather. You control the weather and you control the planet.

That fact that contrails dissipate in a dry atmosphere should be a direct sign that this is not just ice partials that condense around an aircraft's exhaust. Look at this photo over Las Vegas where it's oh soooo humid.

There is also a phenomenon called "Morgellons Fiber Disease" (which for some reason is denied by the majority of the medical community) and seems to be a direct result of these chemtrails. It seems to effect people in the areas that have the highest density of chemtrails. Not to mention that these areas also have a higher rate of people with respiratory problems and flu like illnesses well after flu session is gone. Such as Las Vegas, just take a look at this.

How could our government do such a thing that's totally against the Constitution? Chapter 32, Section 1520a appears to protect citizens from secret experimentation since it states that citizens must give informed consent for testing. Chapter 32, Section 1515 authorizes suspension of the informed consent requirement "during the period of any national emergency." Well guess what folks, after 911 homeland security put us in a national state of emergency because of "terrorism".

I truly believe there is something going on here. Or are there just thousands of people that are deranged and it's all in their minds. That all the scientific data is just nonsense and holds no ground.
